I like to move it move it

I hope I do, anyway, because I spent like $300 at VA Runner this weekend on running shoes and clothes. Lately I’ve just been feeling the need for [foot]speed, so I talked hubby into taking me to the running store for gear (although I footed the bill, no pun intended), and his sister, who’s a long-distance runner, is going to help me devise a training plan. I figure, hey, I have this incredibly flexible schedule, so I should take advantage of it–and get out of the house for some fresh air, sunshine, and face-to-face human contact at least a few times a week.
