Freelance Writer’s End-of-the-Year Checklist

Are you ready for the next calendar year? This list of 9 things freelancers should do before the end of the year is a definite must:
- Go over the books.
- Pile up the receipts.
- Compare your total income with your total hours worked.
- Review your client list
- Recycle or donate unused or outdated office equipment.
- Weed out the unnecessary stuff from the file cabinet.
- Get a 2008 calendar.
- Research, research, research.
- Clean up your hard drive.
