The best business advice I was ever given is this: Approach clients from the perspective of what you can do for them, not what they can do for you.
Works great for me when I’m wooing a potential client and in retaining exisiting clients.
That is a great piece of advice, Katharine. It’s about BENEFITS, not FEATURES. :]
