911 for Writer’s Block: Dial Your Way to Good Ideas

by Kristen King on September 3, 2008

(www.inkthinkerblog.com) — I knew I loved StumbleUpon for a reason. The next time you’re stuck on your novel, short story, whatever, all you have to do is let your fingers do the walking. Or your mouse, anyway. That’s what Writer’s Block 911 is all about.

It’s a fun, interactive application for writers. Need an idea to move you foward? Dial 1 for Settings, 2 for Characters, 3 for Dramatic Entrances, 4 for Dialogue, 5 to Commiserate, 6 for Verbs, 7 for Calisthenics, 8 to Kill a Character, and 9 for Endings.

Check it out and let me know what you think!
